You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice or to Canada using USPS and FedEx, depending on weight. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving an order, but this is not guaranteed if unexpected delays come up.  If you absolutely need your order shipped right away, please email us from the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If you need to place a large, heavy or bulk order, we suggest contacting us first to see if we can get you a better shipping quote then what will be listed on the site. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada, as well as U.S. Virgin Islands and outlying islands. If you would like to have a product shipped to another country besides the U.S. or Canada, please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page. If you choose a shipping method other than UPS or FedEx, we usually will be unable to provide tracking numbers, and will not be able to help with questions regarding package tracking.  We are not responsible for delays or problems with shipping that are the fault the carrier, nor will refunds be issued for carries issues that are outside of our control.  If you have a lost or damaged or delayed package, it is your responsibility to take it up with the shipping carrier. 

Shipping for downloads, software, etc: Many of these products are instantly downloadable and may be downloaded via the links provided in the original order confirmation email that you recieve when you place your order. In the case of certain software packages, the software may take up to 48 business hours to be delivered to you via email, and usually are sent directly from the software manufacturer. If you have any issues, please contact us.

Shipping for custom videos, custom print products, custom books, custom plaques, etc: These products are not available immediately, and have to be created custom to your specifications. Certain products require your input, so please keep an eye out in your email for an information request from the vendor creating your products. These products can take time to make and send, so please be patient and reach out to us or the product vendor if you have any issues or need an updated timeline on your product.

USPS shipping: We STRONGLY recommend choosing FedEx as your shipping method. USPS is notoriously unreliable, and has a very bad package tracking system. If you choose a USPS shipping, we cannot be responsible for the shipment once it has left our hands, and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  We do offer their services as they are usually cheaper and some people prefer them, but we do not recommend them.

Fraud notification: Should you have different billing and shipping addresses listed on your order, and you order anything over $200, we can hold your order for up to 14 business days at our discretion, or until we have verification that your card is valid.  This is to prevent theft and to protect ourselves and our customers.

Next Day Air/2nd Day Air shipments: Please note that just beause you choose Next Day Air, etc. as your shipping method, that DOES NOT mean that you will receive your package the next day. It means that when it does ship out, it will be sent via Next Day Air service, etc.  We usually ship most items same day if they are placed before noon Mountain Time (if the item is in stock) but this is not a guarantee. Please contact us ahead of time if you need something rushed, and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

NOTE: FedEx and UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box. 

***International customers will usually be required to pay all import taxes and duties upon delivery of package.
