Inspector at Work Stop Signs

In lieu of the recent negligence lawsuit against a home inspector who failed to keep his client away from a crawlspace floor opening (the client fell into the opening and broke his arm), we have developed these signs.
It was determined that a "caution" sign was implied permission to proceed with caution, so instead we chose to use "Stay Back! STOP" signs. The signs are made of very strong, durable plastic and fold up flat, and fits over the rung of your inspection ladder.
Be sure you keep your purchase receipt that comes with the sign, to prove that you own and utilize the consumer safety product.
