You may return most unused items purchased from Inspector Outlet, LLC within 30 days of the original delivery, unless
a product has specific return policy on its product info page, in which
case the return policy will be based on that. Refunds
will be credited in the original form of payment. Inspector Outlet, LLC will pay for return shipping if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping. A twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee will be issued on all returned merchandise. This is non-negotiable.
If you order a product from Inspector Outlet, LLC "by mistake" or of the "wrong part number", that product is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. You are also responsible for return freight. This is non-negotiable.
